I never wanted to become a consultant.
When I graduated, I was one of the few who didn’t join an MBB graduate scheme. I wanted to build things, so I joined start-ups instead.
Yet here I am, launching a consultancy, and I’m loving it.
Exploring AI has led to projects implementing AI. I’ve seen the technology reduce workload, improve quality and increase capability. But I also see a gap between what’s possible and what companies are doing. Turing Works will bridge that gap.
What does Turing Works do?
We tackle AI adoption in two ways:
Training organisations to become AI-first: embedding gen-AI into the everyday tool-stack, up-skilling teams to prompt, experiment and build.
Building AI agents and automations: reduce manual steps, so quotes appear in minutes, data analysis just happens, and reports write themselves. Work gets done faster, cheaper and more accurately, freeing up teams to do more.
Who are we?
We’re two former Uber operations managers turned founders and MBB consultants, happiest in the thick of complex operations, messy workflows and hands-on implementations.
What kinds of companies?
Our experience lends itself to SMBs with complex operations (wholesale, construction, manufacturing). Where teams need off-the-shelf fixes rather than custom-made tools they can’t maintain.
